Hello glorious Tuesday! The sun has been out all week (yay) and I just managed to take a few fabulous & computer-free days off. Lately, I've been realizing that I'm absolutely the worst at unplugging, so it's my new goal to start taking weekends off. Martin & I didn't even take blog photos this weekend. Don't get me wrong, I love taking photos for the blog, but sometimes... no make-up, cut-offs and flip flops win! ;)
These photos were taken by yours truly, prior to starting my work day. I admittedly felt a little rusty but I'm hoping to start taking more of my own blog photos, so I'm seeing a lot of practice in my near future. ;) As for the outfit? It includes all of my current summer loves: sandals, light denim jacket and this striped skirt!! Isn’t it lovely?! It's from the super talented Corilynn and it's quickly become a closet staple. Veronika, this skirt is beautiful! I think I've seen it on some other blogs recently too, but your styling is by far the best! And I'm always crushing on your denim jacket - I have yet to find one that fits as well on me.

I KNEW this was a Corilynn skirt! I love her blog so much (yay baby!!!) and have ALWAYS admired her skirts (too bad they are too pricey for a mom on a budget :-( ). Love this whole look Veronkia! I am glad you are taking weekends off--so important. And good luck on the self blog photos. I've always done my own photos and feel so apprehensive when I let others take my pictures!

What an adorable skirt, Veronika! It reminds me of one I had my eye on at Asos a while back - I'm such a sucker for anything with stripes :) And yes, hurray for sun!
