Perhaps it's the Canadian girl in me... but I love pairing a parka with a pretty lace dress. When it comes to personal style, I definitley have a thing for pairing the unexpected! Like, a pretty statement necklace with Martin's over-sized sweater + rolled up jeans, or a floaty maxi dress with a shrunken plaid shirt. So much fun! Hello! Happy to be back, well and alive. Plus, hopefully done with my flu. Today, I'm excitedly teaming up with Elana Carello and featuring one of her adorable sweaters. If you follow me on instagram then you know I'm a huge cat lover and this sweater had my name written all over it. If you're curious about the fit... I'm 5' 9" and the sweater hits just at the top of my hip bone, has a great hi-low detail and is made of 100% cotton. So, it's super comfy & cozy. How would you style this fun and whimsical sweater?!...



I can't wait to re-style mine with a tutu & heels, or a pair of leather leggings and moc booties for a casual night out with friends! Adorable, right?! Be sure to peek at Elana's shop... I'm also excitedly awaiting my new blog template from the Maiedae girls. The countdown is on! In the meantime, I've started working on a new about page, fall sponsorship packages and designed a beautiful press kit for the blog. I can't wait to share all of it with you in September. Lately, I'm feeling inspired and like I have a new lease on life. After a stressful summer... it seems like there is a positive fork in the road. Finally!
