Re-Mixing Rampage & Working With My Closet

Hello friends, the weekend is fast approaching and I couldn't be more excited. I love to work but I also love to relax just the same. I'm looking forward to a bit of pampering this weekend ...yoga, an ocean walk with the pooch, and trying some new & yummy vegetarian recipes. Ah... total West Coast bliss!

So, after declaring my love for my H&M coral wedges on my blog last week (remember?), I did the next logic thing and bought the black ones too. Yup, I'm one of those girls... when I like something I buy it in every colour -haha! As for the rest of the outfit? I’m on a re-mixing rampage at the moment. I’ve discovered that I’ve recently fallen into the bad habit of buying something new, rather than working with what I’ve got ...but don’t worry, I’m not swearing off shopping anytime soon.

    I think this is my favourite outfit so far! I know I've said that before, but they just keep getting better and better, V! :)

    The wedges that I'm wearing on my blog this week, I actually just realized also come in white, red, brown and denim blue. So now of course I'll spend the next few weeks talking myself out of buying them in another color. When you find an item that is just so comfortable, how can you not buy it another color!

    I'm so with you, Veronika. If I love something, I want it in every shade it's made in :) My rationale is that a change in colour can change the look of a piece, and I think it's true of these wedges- I hardly recognised them! I've been on a remix rampage for about three weeks now, and I have to admit that it's getting tough- it's nice to see that other girls are doing the same thing, it makes me feel less desperate and odd :)

    Girly, this shade of blue looks gorgeous on you! And I love the length of the skirt- with the loose pleats, it makes such a cute form. And then there's that finishing little detail of the knot in your blouse- such an adorable casual feminine look. You are so effortless!
