Look Book: Graffiti Walls & Slouchy Boots!!

Well, it’s official. I’m in the full swing of x-mas parties and I’m loving every minute of it! We’ve been meeting up with so many of our friends for festive dinners, and just this past Sunday we headed into the city to enjoy a super fun Christmas brunch with our best pals; it was hosted by a dear friend of ours, and we stayed well into the evening (so much fun!). Aww, I absolutely adore our friends - you couldn’t ask for a better bunch!! ♥
Meet my favourite thrifted Betsey Johnson skirt. I still can’t believe I picked it up for something crazy like $5! Nuts, right?! I can't wait to remix it again this winter with some bold colour & fun accessories. I'm also crazy about boots this season and I couldn't wait to wear my new wright boots - aren't they the cutest?! They are super comfy and keep my toes nice & toasty too. Wow, I seriously can't believe it’s December and look, no coat! It’s been super mild out. So far, having a blog in the colder months hasn’t been too bad - hehe, let’s see how I’m holding up in January! ;)
Later today I'm off to do some serious Christmas power shopping, and I'm super excited to pay a quick visit to H&M to nab a few things for myself. I've been so busy this month, I haven't had the chance to spend my monthly clothing budget... as a side note (if you're curious) I spend $200 on clothes every month. Does that sound like a lot?! It seems to go super fast: one cardy, two skirts, french fries at the food fair - and I'm done! xo veronika

    Hey fries are not clothes, so they shouldn't come off your clothing budget ;-) I think it's a very reasonable amount, you're right, it's all gone before you know it!

    I can't believe you found this skirt for such an amazing price... Fantastic! It looks so beautiful and I love how you styled this look. The bag is so pretty and those boots... perfect for winter!

    I'm suuuper cheap--ahh, frugal--so I can't imagine spending $200 a month on clothes! That might be my 6-8 month budget, haha.

    Hmm well I also spend something like this on clothes every month (well okay, perhaps the same in euros, but clothes are more expensive here i think), but i don't think that's too much. I'd never make debts for clothes, but as far as I can afford, why not buy nice things? xxx Anita

    I really enjoy this Look Book! I am loving the gorgeous Betsey Johnson skirt- I love a great thrify find so much, and this one is a score!!! The boots are really cute, I've been looking for a nice pair like this- not too low, not loo high, just the right length and pretty detail! You look gorgeous, darling, your style is my inspiration.

    Your monthly clothing budget is only $200? I think you do absolutely brilliantly- I could definitely take a lesson or two (or ten) from your saving shopping, because you have an amazing wardrobe!     oh Veronika, you are so darn CUTE! i love this modern mini look and also adore how you always balance your outfits so well. short skirt and longer cardy makes for the perfect balance. mmmm, those boots are really rad too - their "spat" influence is a darling compliment to finish this whole ensemble off.

    hey happy hair! it's actually the 1st thing i noticed and looks especially shiny, silky and i love the movement. sure beats my perma frizz fuzz pop, the weather is really not friendly to my tresses lately, so coveting yours is a necessary pleasure :)

    enjoy the party lifestyle, i bet you two are making the rounds and living it up with some swell pals. nothing better than a day spent with our closests as the hostes!!
