I'm ready to make this my new spring uniform. So cute! I can't wait to nab those yellow Madewell sandals. Does anyone know how their shoes fit? Fingers crossed, they run true to size. As for this weekend, it looks the rain gods have spoken because our sun has disappeared. I'm okay with that though... I'm really looking forward to taking it easy and soaking in some fabulous downtime! Really, what could be better?!... Happy weekend, everyone!

    happiest weekend wishes V!!! even though the wet weather's returned i can always rely on you for a bright spot view into major goodness :) love the outfit insp here, especially those darling Madewell sandals - so cute! i've bought a few shoes from there and for me, they've always been true to size. what i've taken to doing now is that since i'm a 71/2, i size up to an 8 and usually that works really well. it leaves some extra wiggle room so my tootsies don't get cramped up and if they're too big then a little insole does wonders too.

    good lucks with your fun time purchase, can't wait to see how you style them! um, a tour of teapot hill...count me in!! sounds extra fab, thanks for the awesome tip plus the many rad links. lots to peruse through, yah. xo ♥

    Oooh, what a lovely selection, V! I'm practically swooning over that striped dress, and I can totally see you sporting it with all the pieces you've included in your selection... especially those yellow sandals! In my experience, Madewell shoes run a bit big. I had a pair of six size boots (which I should never have bought, really) that were at least a half, if not a full size too big... and I'm normally a 6.5! Happy Friday :)

    I always did Teapot Hill growing up!! Loved it :) My grandma lives in Cultus Lake so our family did it every summer...lots of little cousins! haha

    Teapot Hill looks so divine. It makes me want to get out hiking myself :) And by the way, I'm pretty sure I'm in love with your taste in music. I've been in a musical rut lately and the spring playlist was ear candy. How do you normally go about finding music? I totally suggest making the playlist a reoccurring feature on your blog! If you have any recommendations you'd like to pass on, I would totally love to hear them!!

    Ooh! That denim vest is the best! I really want to get one for myself this summer, because I love my denim jacket, but it's way too warm for durring the summer heat!

    I LOVE bold black & white stripes for spring! I ordered my first pair of shoes from Madwell - their ballet flat skimmers - and found them to run a 1/2 too big, but with sandals that have straps to hold this on, it shouldn't be a problem!
