Say hello to my new and beloved Zara flats. I'm pretty certain you'll be seeing a lot of them on the blog. Consider yourselves warned! I've really been enjoying wearing statement/edgier shoes lately... since I like simple & classic looks, I find a funky shoe or statement jewelry lends a pop of something unexpected to my everyday outfits. This spring, I hope to take more risks with my accessories and add more of a fun vibe to my looks! What about you guys, how do you like to liven up a basic outfit? I'd love to hear your tips...

What a CUTE blazer! I love the material of it, so fresh and chic. I've never seen studded flats in that style of shoe before and I love it! The shape of them says sweet, but the studs give it a bit of edge. I love you in bangs-as you said, you look so polished!

So funny how different we can all be - I had bangs once and they made my hair way MORE high maintenance! My hair is naturally wavy, so they were just a disaster most of the time, haha! Yours suit you perfectly though! And I'm loving your studded flats! So, so cute!

I've been giving serious thought to cutting mine in again for, oh, six months now... the only thing that's held me back is the fact that I don't have a fabulous hairdresser I really trust here in Paris. But now I can live vicariously through you - hurray! I think I'll have to live vicariously through your lovely weather, too; it's getting a little warmer here, but lots of Europe has gotten snow storms in the past week, so it's not quite spring just yet. Speaking of spring, how fun are those studded flats for warm days? Love!

ReplyDeleteLike you I'm usually classic in my everyday style, and I personally like to shake it up a little with a colorful, funky scarf!
I can either wear it normally around my neck or when it's warm enough, I can wrap it around the bag's handle, always add a bit of charm to any outfit! (and as a parisian girl...scarfs are kind of a big deal for us french women!)
