A few snaps from our weekend. Ours was perfectly peaceful. We had Martin's parents over for mid afternoon fruit salad, chocolates and tea. The pets were sufficiently spoiled, of course! I also tackled the Christmas tree. Yay! And I popped in on my good friend Jenn. I'm super lucky to have my bestie live across the street from me. Seriously, the girl is not allowed to move. ;) And... if you follow me on twitter you may have read that I chopped my hair. Yup, sure did. I absolutely love the shorter length, it feels so much lighter and healthier... I might even go shorter next time (we'll see) + I still hope to dye it after Christmas. How was your weekend?!

Happy Monday, Veronika! I have to admit, your haircut is not quite as drastic as I was expecting... which I think is a good thing :) I'm still feeling the burn of my recent major chop, in case it wasn't obvious! It looks like you had a lovely weekend, and I'm definitely envious of the Christmas tree decorating. No room for one in our little Paris apartment, sadly.
ReplyDeletexox,
Cee

The shorter length looks beautiful and more manageable. I love it! If you follow through with coloring it, it think your hair would look awesome with a little red! :)
ReplyDeleteYes, great minds think alike! ;) I'm planning on adding a little bit of red to my hair, can not wait! xo
DeleteI love the hair. Also- super jealous a best friend lives so close by. You are very lucky, both of you!

ReplyDeletehey lovie!! you really know how to let the sunshine in and bring a smile to my face with these weekend re-caps. looks like a very chill time and so awesome to have a visit with Martin's folks too! i see Pumpkin came over to give his momma some drool-mazing love ;) awe and Scout is just how i'd like to be right about now...popping a squat (or a full fledged lay down) on the comfy sofa. oh yes! that is happening in t-minus 10 mins. ha.
ReplyDeleteyour new cut is so pretty Veronika, i love the movement she created by taking out the heaviness on the ends. bet it swings up a storm! um, that serene shot of Martin is great - i adore the way you capture not only the person but also the sentiment of a moment.
when we chat tomorrow my 1st q's gonna be if you got a new lens for your camera. i'm noticing some really rad things lately and i just gotta know how it's done. talk soon and wishing you both a fab eve. xo ♥
