Look Book: Tunics & Waiting For Spring...

Mar 8, 2012

Goodness, I'm so over the cold spell we've been having this past little while! I wish fall could be the "weather norm" here in Vancouver... warm enough to ditch the coat, but cool enough to pull off light layers. This week I've looked more like a snowman when I've had to walk Scout in the mornings. Sheesh!
Thankfully, it did warm up slightly just the other day, and I styled up this lovely tunic from my sponsor Dusana. She runs a fabulous shop, all of the items are fair trade and profits are reinvested into communities in Mexico. Amazing! For spring, I'm definitley looking to add more tunic-style tops to my closet. It's such a versatile piece and can be easily paired with a skirt or belted over a simple dress - so cute! How do you guys like to wear tunics?!

Yay, the time has come! I can't wait to meet some of you at the TXSC conference this weekend. If you spot me, be sure to pop on over and say hello! I'm looking forward to a weekend of fun parties, fabulous bloggy chats, and loads of inspiration. It’s going to be great!! Be sure to keep up with me on twitter & instagram for updates and photos. xo veronika

  11. This is such a perfect outfit shooting location! and I adore your new tunic :) the lace-y detailing is SO pretty! I find tunics a tad bit hard to wear actually, Too long to wear over jeans and to short to wear as a dress. I never know how to style them! xo Nikki
