Look Book: Blooms & Oatmeal Knits!!

Mar 5, 2012

Yay, it feels so great to be back with an outfit post! Did you guys see my panicked tweets last Thursday?! I woke up to a shut down gmail account and a deleted blog. Ack, worst feeling ever! Thankfully, with Blogger's help, I was able to get everything restored & running again; it appears that someone tried to tamper with my account. Do you guys back up your blogs? I’m thinking it’s a must!!
How fantastic is this skirt?! I’m planning on wearing it again when I’m in Austin, Texas, for the annual clothing swap. I can’t wait to give it a more spring look. Goodbye tights! ;) I just received it from my lovely sponsor Isabelle - she has the cutest vintage shop and a super inspiring style blog. Be sure to take a peek... you'll fall in love with her!
Other than that, my weekend was super sweet & blissful. I cooked dinner for Martin's parents on Sunday (poor guy is super sick at the moment!), visited with my girlfriend for tea, and finally planned all of my outfits for Austin, which was actually kind of hard to do! Fingers crossed I won’t be sweating profusely or shivering the whole time. Ha, I didn’t even pack a coat... oh well, it’s an excuse to shop, right?! xo veronika

Outfit Details:
Sweater - Pink Martini
Tank - H&M
Skirt - c/o Yeye
Tights - Joe Fresh (similar)

  3. I always love the way you edit your photos. First and foremost, where did you find the skirt? It is nice! I think a different tights colour would've made it look a lot better. Just an opinion.

Btw so glad you can open your blog again. It's kind of mean of someone to tamper with your personal haven like that. How did you back it up?

  37. Oh! My first blog back four years ago was deleted somehow - I didn't do it! And at the time, I had no idea how to get it back, so I just created a new blog. Well about two years ago I deleted that one and made the most recent one: 'Free to Be Me'. :) But yes, its quite scary to see 'blog not found'. I hate those three words!! lol

Anyhoo, your outfit is adorable!! Very pretty and springy. :)
