Just this past Saturday, I attended a (super cute!) Christmas blogger cookie swap, which was hosted by my lovely pal Cee of Coco & Vera! It was the perfect way to welcome in the Christmas season - super fun & relaxing. Plus, I can never say no to yummy cookies!! I decided on my fave polka dot dress from H&M for the occasion. I absolutely love wearing red this time of year, and topped it all off with red lipstick & a good dose of neutrals -my current obsession! Eee, I was so excited to head into the city and meet up with the girls!!
Yay, the girls! I absolutely loved all of the holiday themed outfits that I saw; everyone looked gorgeous. We spent the afternoon sitting around Cee's kitchen, sampling the most amazing cookies, swapping fashion & blog stories, snapping photos, and enjoyed loads of festive cheer. I'm thrilled to be a part of this lovely community, and I LOVE connecting with these gals once a month! I'm already wondering what we'll do for our next blogger meet-up in January. I can not wait!
After spending a blissful afternoon with the ladies, hubs and I headed out to buy our Christmas tree for the condo - we were both filled with lots of holiday cheer, and cookies for that matter! I may or may not have passed out on Martin's shoulder later that night while trying to watch a movie -oops! I'll be posting pics of our tree next week, and I'm hoping to do some cute x-mas portraits of Martin & I too. So fun. I live for that kind of stuff! xo veronika

hands up to mouth, make lip pucker and then "MMMMMMMMMUAH" while releasing hands outward and opening! it was quite the wonderful day, loved every bit of it. there certainly wasn't a sweetness shortage - what with you girls, the amazing cookie selects and swell convos. grand and awesome. you and that red dress were WOW!!!! i think all us girls look pretty good all lined up together with various color pops, such fun : )
