Lovely Hats, Florals, And Ocean Walks...

 {HAT: THRIFTED, DRESS: MODCLOTH, SHOES: H&M}

Happy almost Friday everyone! It has been blissfully hot and I'm loving every minute of it. I have SO many floral dresses that are screaming to be worn; thankfully the weather has been incredible!! Hubs and I have been going for ocean walks, making loads of summer salads, and relaxing by the pool. I'm eager to slow life down a little bit, and gasp, even take a week off this summer.

And on another note... I'm absolutely loving hats lately! I just saw the sweetest one on modcloth's website; it's a floral fedora, which I would love to pair with some cute denim shorts... so perfect for a weekend adventure with hubs & pooch! And speaking of floral patterns, are you guys as smitten with the floral pattern on this dress as I am?! It's my new crush!

    Love your dress! The pattern reminds me of (this sounds silly) the wallpaper in my parent's bedroom when I was younger. I remember thinking they had the prettiest room I've ever seen!

    I love ModCloth and and i love this floral dress great choice. I also love hats but I cant ever find any that fit my head. I have a small head...so it has to be a kids hat and I really dont want any with pom poms or bunnys lol.

    The floral pattern on that dress is the best! I would probably wear anything that has floral, but my favorite is definitely this romantic type! The way you paired it with the wedges and hat is basically my idea for a great summer uniform!

    Lovely dress! The light is superb too! :)

    I'm a big hat person, especially adore wide, floppy hats... As I wear glasses they are perfect in the summer for shading my eyes. And they instantly make a simple outfit!

    I really love hats, too, but I'm finding that they keep flying off my head in this crazy Chicago wind! Sort of a geographical bummer, but still, I haven't given up. :) You've inspired me to keep on, if for no other reason than to look half this cute. :)

    Hi Veronika! I *adore* this post and this outfit- you look beautiful! I'm not sure what to say without sounding completely repetitive, but I just have to say it- the floral on your dress is perfect. It's a bit like a Victorian floral, which I love. And I love the color shoes you chose to wear with it. Completely unexpected as they are a melon color, and they work perfectly! They are an accent yet they also flatter the pattern of your dress.

    I'm loving hats too lately... I am dying for that straw boater from H&M that everyone is wearing, but my local H&M hasn't had it (yet?) I just have to keep checking back with them.
