I'm feeling a little under the weather today, so as a result I've spent the day relaxing at home & sorting through old photos... and I dug these up. Wow, I can't believe they're from seven years ago. They were taken right after Martin & I got married. I have so many sweet memories from that summer. Getting engaged and planning our wedding was such an amazing time for the both of us. And I love my red hair! What do you think?! I'd love to switch back. I'm in desperate need of a refresher, my hair's been feeling so, so drab lately. Also, quick update! i say do it! love your hair in these pics. i went red for just about 3 years (including for my wedding) and really loved it! i just recently (last night) made the jump back to brunette...i needed a refresher too!

DeleteI actually think you shouldn't change to red and that brown really suits you! Maybe a shade ligher? Or Darker? I think lighter brown would look very good on you Veronika! (also red hair is a pain to get rid of once you decide to dye it a different colour) :)

DeleteI love red hair, I coloured my hair back in September to a colour similar to your pictures and I love the way it fades to a more coppery auburn colour. Im just really terrible at getting my roots done, its been 2 months since my last colour appointment and I don't know whether I should go red or copper. I think the red really suits you, it brings that extra glow to this skin. I hope that last sentence made sense. :)
ReplyDeleteGo for it! I went red this Winter and it was so much fun! I love how it looks faded too (which is good since it fades quickly). I just used Manic Panic so that I woudn't damage my hair.

ReplyDeleteBut in my case, I don't think I'll actually dye my hair all red, but I think I'll just henna dye it using LUSH's "Reincarnate" shampoo. A red hue sounds perfect for spring!
