{CARDY: CALVIN KLIEN, TANK: H&M, BELT & SKIRT: MODCLOTH, NECKLACE: MADE BY ME, HEELS: ROBERTO VIANNI}
As promised, I'm back with an outfit post! Martin (hubs) and I took these pictures a few days ago. I'm just in love with this little spot! I adore our neighborhood; we are surrounded by trees, ocean, trains, and quaint little shops. I can't wait to take you guys on a few scenic tours of our area this summer. Hubs and I love going on day trips. Let the summer fun begin!!
This gorgeous skirt is a newly purchased modcloth item and I love, love it! It's absolutely perfect for spring/summer. The tie-dye is a nice departure from my usual go-to floral pattern and it has the sweetest gathered detail around the waist. I paired the skirt with my new modcloth belt and otherwise kept the outfit classic with some simple black pumps.
As for other news? I just went to my third blogger meet up and had an amazing time! Our group is quickly growing and I absolutely love hanging out with these amazing girls. Expect to see lots of pictures shortly!! Alright, wishing you guys a wonderful week! xx veronika

I need to know; how do you manage to make tie-dye, which was my favourite style in kindergarten, look so incredibly sophisticated. I am just dying over this skirt because of the way you've worn it, but I never would have given it a second glance if I was surfing the modcloth website. Way to spot a diamond in the rough!
ReplyDeletexox,
Cee
I was excited to see your outfit when you tweeted earlier about your new tie-dye skirt (this new wave of tie-dye is quite lovely, nothing like the one of a couple decades ago!) but I din't realize it would be THIS pretty! The overall subtle colour palette of the outfit is great to make the different textures of the skirt and the belt stand out. Oh, and your setting is always beautiful, you must live in quite a magical place.
ReplyDeleteThe skirt is to die! Definitely different from your floral looks.
ReplyDeleteThese photos are beautiful, it looks like you're in an enchanted forest!
