Dreaming of Summer & Afternoon Picnics...

Another beautiful day! Yay! I can hardly wait for sunny days to become a regular thing. I’m excited to be back in our pool, running around with my camera, and enjoying picnics with the hubs. Total summer bliss! Hubs and I spent the afternoon scouring adorable little shops and picking up new accessories for our condo. So fun.

As for the outfit? I was thrilled to receive this gorgeous skirt from Alainn Bella for review. I absolutely love it! The skirt is lined with a cotton blend lining which is extremely soft and fabulously comfortable. I was also thrilled because it's the perfect length. I’m 5’ 9” and always happy to find skirts that leave me feeling appropriately covered. It’s such a lovely wardrobe staple. I can’t wait to remix it again!

    Beautiful Veronika, these photos are making me dream of summer, too :) Especially since, after a series of beautiful days, I woke up to rain this morning. I just keep telling myself that soon summer will really be here- and then I can complain it's too hot out instead!

    I only rarely experience the feeling of being not-quite-covered by skirts, given that I am much less than 5'9", but I definitely appreciate a good mid-length skirt and this one is phenomenal. I actually saw a similar- but undoubtedly much more expensive- one in pink in this month's issue of Glamour UK and fell in love, so you can imagine how happy I was to see you in this look :) Just gorgeous, darling. Hope you're staying dry!

    I love every.single.thing. about this outfit. I like to fancy myself a wannabe preppy and the stripes and lace skirt combo with the pop of coral on you pieds looks amazing. Thank you so much for the comment, and I think I've now discovered a favorite new blog :)
