Sometimes I just love a great home day! Hubs and I spent the day getting ready for his birthday, making loads of yummy food, and running a wee bit of errands. I absolutely love birthdays or any celebration for that matter! I adore being surrounded by great friends, family, and eating fabulous food. I think I might love food almost as much as I love fashion!! Side note: I may or may not be eating leftover birthday cake as I write this post...
Haha, moving along. I was thrilled to wear my new modcloth blouse. It has the sweetest little peter pan collar and I'm absolutely smitten! I love adding gorgeous blouses to my wardrobe; it's a great way to dress up jeans or add a romantic/girly vibe to your pencil skirt. And I can't wait to re-style my new BFF (Blouse Friend Forever) oh so soon!

Hello friends! Hope everyone is having a great start to their week. I'm enjoying some quiet time with the hubs today and getting caught up on a wee bit of work. Translation? I'm half asleep on the couch. However, this is due to the fact that my life has been all work lately -no joke! Oh dear, the life of a business owner. Haha, apparently I did not think that one through!
Hubs and I did manage to go for a neighborhood tromp over the weekend. And I wore my beloved H&M skirt, with my oh so comfy wedges. Yup, my feet are smiling! Do you guys recognize the skirt? I have worn this beauty on the blog before; you can see it on my other post here: "Revelations & City Romance." I was SO excited to whip out my bestie and give her a spring re-vamp. I love finding new ways to wear my clothes throughout the seasons!

Hello friends! What a gorgeous day. I spent the afternoon exploring an adorable historic town by our home. I found out via the internet that it's an old railway town that spans back to 1882; most of the original homes have been converted into charming museums, restaurants, or tea shops. As hubs and I walked around, we were surrounded by falling cherry blossoms and enjoyed a deliciously warm ocean breeze. Totally idyllic!
I wore my newly purchased H&M dress. I adore scouring stores for vintage inspired floral patterns, and this season I've been scoring big time. I found this dress for a whopping $19 and I just knew this little charmer had to be mine. I am absolutely obsessed with big poufy dresses & skirts this season. Sometimes it's SO fun to be super girly -love it!
